1. Shipping & Handling
- Processing Schedule: Orders are processed and dispatched Monday through Friday.
- Dispatch Timeline: We strive to ship all orders within 2-3 business days. Please note that weekends and unforeseen circumstances may affect this schedule.
- Shipping Fee: A flat fee of $15 applies to every order.
2. Tracking & Delivery
- Monitoring Your Package: For real-time updates, we recommend signing up for USPS Informed Delivery.
- Tracking Inquiries: Please if after 6 business days of placing your order and it doesn’t arrive, contact us for tracking details. Trackings could also be given randomly.
3. Payment Terms
- Accepted Payment Method: We accept cryptocurrency exclusively.
- Assistance: If you need guidance on purchasing or using crypto (such as Bitcoin), feel free to ask for help.
4. Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation: Once payment has been received and your order is confirmed, cancellations are not accepted.
- Refunds: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after payment confirmation.
5. Liability & Compensation
- Seized Shipments: In the event that a package is intercepted and marked as “seized,” compensation (either partial or full) will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
- Lost in Transit: For packages that go missing while in transit, we will reimburse 50% of the order value.
- Delivered Orders: If the tracking status confirms delivery, we cannot assume responsibility or offer compensation.

- Limitations: Our liability is limited to the measures described above. We are not responsible for delays or issues outside our control.
